This Privacy Policy describes the types of information KeyPath AI(“KeyPath”, “we”, “us”, “our”) may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit www.KeyPath.world (“Website”), when you use the KeyPathmobile applications (each, an “App”), or when you engage with any other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Platform”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

If you request that we delete your user contributions from the Platform, copies of your user contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Platform users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Platform, including user contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted to our Platform.
