This Privacy Policy describes the types of information KeyPath AI(“KeyPath”, “we”, “us”, “our”) may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit www.KeyPath.world (“Website”), when you use the KeyPathmobile applications (each, an “App”), or when you engage with any other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Platform”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy), so please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age 13 may provide any information to or on the Platform. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data (as defined below) from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

Throughout this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Data” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or device. However, Personal Data does not include any anonymous or aggregated information.

Payment information needed to complete your transactions with us, including name, payment card information, and billing details. This information is processed by our third party payment service providers, such as Stripe and PayPal, which may handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not have access to your full payment card information.
Sweepstakes event details such as the information you provide when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us.
User contributions that may be published or displayed on public areas of the Platform with your consent, including any and all images and other content that you may provide as part of your participation or interaction with our Platform.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As a general rule, you cannot opt out of our collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data to the extent it is necessary to provide the Platform or related services, features and functionality to you.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you request that we delete your user contributions from the Platform, copies of your user contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Platform users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Platform, including user contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted to our Platform.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
